About Us
INTRODUCTION
Infuse Compassion Into Companies is a concept, a conference, and a necessity in business today.
ICIC started with a small group of people who shared the ideal that compassion in the workplace is better for companies and their employees. We decided to spread this idea with other like-minded leaders… Like you.
The first-ever ICIC conference is our initial step in spreading this idea to others and sharing actionable skills and ideas to infuse compassion into companies. We hope you’ll join us in creating more work environments focused on compassion as a path to business success.

Frequently asked questions!
Anyone who wants to make the workplace better by creating more people-focused companies will benefit from the seminar. The primary audiences we’re focused on are: senior leaders in companies who supervise other leaders; and corporate human resources professionals. Anyone and everyone are invited to participate.
All the conversations at the ICIC seminar are designed to learn skills and principles to help leaders focus on treating people with understanding and compassion in the workplace. These skills are required for companies to succeed in today’s work environment and have a direct impact on improving the bottom line. Yet the skills of compassion are rarely taught and often overlooked in leadership development. We want to change that, and help organizations get the benefits of a more engaged workforce, reduced turnover, and improved bottom line.
As with many good products, it started with an idea. While speaking at a leadership conference, several of us noticed a common theme of increasing compassion in leadership embedded in many speeches. We started talking about the idea of a conference focused on that topic, and ICIC was the result.
2024 is the first year of the ICIC seminar, but we are hoping to make it an annual event. Several other speakers were interested in sharing their ideas, so we believe there is plenty of interest and powerful content that can help organizations improve their leadership through compassion.
We started with speakers we knew who addressed topics related to compassion in the workplace. The speakers selected for 2024 were selected to give a variety of topics that connected well to each other while not repeating the same information. We put together a lineup that will address a broad range of needs and interests, and we recognize that there are many other topics that could be included. We’ll look to include those in future seminars. If you have recommendations of topics or speakers, please share those with us.
For a complete lineup of our speakers, their topics, and their backgrounds, please see our speakers page at (web address). In addition to presentations, the speakers will engage participants in breakout sessions where they will answer questions.
The conference is scheduled for Thursday, November 13, from Noon to 5 p.m. Eastern/9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Pacific. This is a virtual conference. Participants will connect through an online platform such as Zoom.
Registration for the conference is $XX per person. Click here to register.
Yes. An early registration discount of $XX is available for individuals who register before (DATE). In addition, groups of X or more people from the same organization receive a XX discount. Click here to register.
The speaker sessions will be recorded for registered participants to watch for three months after the conference. The breakout Q&A sessions will not be recorded, so it’s best to be there live if you can.
The goal of ICIC is in the title – infuse compassion into companies. We believe that compassion is not “soft” leadership or “optional,” but the way people want and deserve to be treated by leaders. Compassionate leadership has positive business outcomes. We want more leaders, individual contributors, and organizations to experience the benefits of compassionate leadership.
You have questions we have answers. And if you have additional questions, we’d love to hear them.
